Cheese can be made with regular milk or with pasturized milk. Pasturized milk is heated up to 72 degrees for 20 to 30 seconds. Some cheeses are Brie,crottin de chavignol, velencay, dive dendre et chabichou. Some cheeses are cow milk,goat milk, or sheep milk. For example, olive is made with cow milk and crottin de chavignol, chavichou, velencay are made with goat milk.

Prices of cheese in France
Their prices are over ff 10 and chosen by 15% of consumers. The pasturized camemberts, branded president, Bridel or coeur de lion are the market core, sold under ff 10. Camembert- 250g(8.8 ozs),Comte-piece 250g(8.8 ozs),Crottin-2 Entire 180g(6.36 ozs). This tells me that in France the people consume a lot of cheese.
How to enjoy, display,choose, and conserve cheese
Do not lay in amounts of cheese, for it could lose its properties. Cheese should be served with various sorts of bread circle and soft cheese shall be cut up like cake.
